Bluebird Wings are a gift for collecting the complete set of Catalog 7 DLC. They do not show up in either the 765 Shop or the XBL Marketplace. To unlock them you need to purchase every item in Catalog 7 (as shown in the 765 Shop) except the 300,000 Money #5 and the idols' e-mail addresses. Doing so costs a total of 3900 MSP. If you do, the Bluebird Wings will automatically show up in your Accessory / Body equipment menu.
The theme idol for this month's gift is Chihaya. Her original image song was Aoi Tori, or Bluebird, which became closely tied to her character.
